We take great pride in delivering high-quality handcrafted candies. As our products are perishable and made fresh, all sales are final. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number;

  • Clear photos of the affected item(s) and the packaging;

  • A brief description of the issue.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund in the form of a store credit (gift voucher) to be used on our website.
Refunds via cash or bank transfer are not available.

Returns & Exchanges
As candies are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, except in cases of verified damage or packing errors.
Please do not send items back to us without prior authorization, as we will not be able to process unapproved returns.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and verifying your claim:

  • You will be notified of the outcome within 7 business days.

  • If approved, a store credit (gift voucher) equivalent to the product value will be issued.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your claim is not approved, the product will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping details provided are accurate and complete.
We cannot be held liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier mishandling, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Cancellation Policy
Orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to modify your order, please contact us immediately after placing it — we will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed.

Maximum Liability
Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.
Further compensation or consequential claims are not available.
